Booking Process

1
Pricing & Inquiring
Head over to our Services tab to view pricing, details, and submit your inquiry form. Once your form is submitted, I’ll be in touch to begin the conversation and answer any questions you may have about your special event!
2
Save the Date
I’ll be sending over your contract for review and signature, along with a retainer invoice. Once both are completed, your date will be officially reserved on our calendar!
Your contract will include a full breakdown of pricing, travel fees, and other important details for your reference.

Journey
Yay!!! Your date is officially booked! So what happens next?
From now until your event day, I will be here to assist you along the way. Once all the details are confirmed, I’ll create a personalized event-day timeline to keep everything running smoothly. If you've requested a preview (aka trial) appointment, I’ll get that scheduled for you as well!
Frequently asked questions
1. When should I book and secure my date?

Answer:
It's never too late to ask! However, couples usually book 8–18 months in advance, especially during peak season, to ensure artist availability.

2. When should I book my hair and/or makeup preview?

Answer:
We recommend scheduling your preview within 3 months of your wedding day.
You're welcome to book it earlier, but we’ve found that styles and preferences can often change if it’s done too far in advance. That said, if you decide to switch things up between your preview and the big day — no worries at all! It’s actually quite common, and we’re happy to adjust your look.

3. On the wedding day – how long will services take?

Answer:
Bridal Hair 60-90min
Bridal Makeup 45-60min

Bridal party members hair 50min
Bridal party members hair makeup 45min

Don't worry, we curate the perfect timeline for you!

4. How do I prepare for trial & wedding day

Answer:
Hair: Arrive with clean, dry hair. Bring inspiration photos, accessories (veil, combs, hair extensions), and wear a light-colored button up or robe.

Makeup: Have clean, fresh skin. Avoid facials or brow waxing within 3–5 days of the big day. Consider a spray tan for that extra glow!

5.When is the final payment due?

Answer:
To secure your date, a $150 non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.
This payment reserves your spot on our calendar and will be applied toward your final total. One week before your wedding, you'll receive your final invoice (with the retainer deducted), and is due 48 hours prior to your event day.
